A precious daughter of The
LORD from the nation of Indonesia has written to me to ask a very very critical
question that I believe and know the Holy Spirit put in her heart. This
particular question she has asked is very very important in relation to the
point in time we are living at in the history of mankind on the earth.
Because of the magnitude and
the critical nature of the question she has asked, I have decided to share it
across since I know it will be of benefit to very many people across the globe.
For purposes of
confidentiality, I will call her Sister Y.

Lately I’ve heard people
talking about ‘revival’ taking place in their meetings/gatherings.
Here is a question I just want
to ask you: Would you like to describe to me the real/true meaning of
‘revival’? Thank you very much!

Amen sister Y
I greet you in the mighty name
of The LORD Jesus Christ.
What a powerful question you
have asked. How beautiful you have put it: “Would you like to describe
to me the real/true meaning of ‘revival’”
So The LORD will help us here
to understand what exactly a true and a real revival mean.
The times we are living in at
the moment is known as the end-times. So the true and real revivals at this
point in time insinuate what is known as The End-Time Revival.
So as we dissect what entails
a true and a real end-time revival, there are some very key Parameters that
denote a True and A Real End-Time Revival and these are as follows:
1-A
true and a real End-Time revival is controlled and directed by the move of The
LORD through the Holy Spirit i.e. The Holy Spirit takes charge of
a true and a real revival.
This Holy Spirit-inspired revival began on the day
of Pentecost as stated in the book of Acts 2:1-18 below:
“When the day of
Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the
blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where
they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated
and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit
and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now
there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under
heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment,
because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they
asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each
of us hears them in our native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites;
residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia
and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome
(both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring
the wonders of God in our own tongues!” Amazed and perplexed, they asked one
another, “What does this mean?” Some, however, made fun of them
and said, “They have had too much wine.” Then Peter stood up
with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all
of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to
what I say. These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the
morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: “‘In
the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your
sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your
old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and
women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will
prophesy”.
2-A true and a real
End-time revival is all about The LORD Jesus Christ. This is because a true and
a real End-time revival is about Repentance for forgiveness of sins. The
one who forgives sins of those who have Repented of their sins is the one who
died on the cross of Calvary so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish
but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to
condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in
him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already
because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. Him who was sent to the
world to save the world is The LORD Jesus Christ. When
He was starting His ministry, He immediately mentioned what exactly He had come
to the world to proclaim, and This is very very clearly stated in the book of
Mathew 4:17 “From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent,
for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
3-A
True and a Real End-Time Revival is for the glory and honour of The LORD God
Almighty, The LORD Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit.
So humility and
absolute Righteousness and Holiness is the full hallmark of a true and real
End-time Revival, the name of The LORD is glorified, honored and revered
in a true and a real End-time revival. The
men (and women) of God that are used in such End-time revivals are mightily
used by the LORD so long as they embrace humility, righteousness and Holiness. So
a true and a real End-time revival is all about the kingdom of God Almighty and
not the kingdom of men. It is all about exalting the name of The
LORD. So for the servants of The LORD to achieve the status
of vessels of honour in the sight of The LORD in a true and a real End-time
revival, the servants of the LORD must maintain humility so that they exalt the
name of the LORD and not their names.
4-A
True and a real end-time revival require a complete surrender to The LORD Jesus
Christ. And so prayer and fasting before the true and a real end-time revival
so as to empty oneself so that the temple of the LORD is filled with the power
of the Holy Spirit is very very essential as it leads to
separation from the world. This brings about absolute Repentance,
Righteousness, Holiness and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ.
5-A
true and a real End-time revival is all about entrance into the kingdom of God
Almighty i.e. it is all about: "how do I enter into
the kingdom of God in Heaven?"
So it’s all about the covering
of the precious blood of The LORD Jesus Christ for cleansing and sanctification
followed by the baptism of The Holy Spirit so as to be rapture ready.
It is all about
preparing the way for the coming of the messiah to rapture His bride. So it is
about harvesting of souls for the kingdom of God.
In this real and true End-time
revival the truth about the end-times are preached as revealed by the LORD in
the Holy Bible.
6-A
True and a real end-time revival is about seeking the LORD in truth and in
spirit. This is through praise and worship of The LORD in reverence,
honour, truth and spirit.
7-When
all the above parameters are adhered to, then the Holy Spirit manifest Himself
through healings, cleansing, purification and sanctification.
A true and real end-time
revival is about being set free from the bondage of the devil, evil spirits,
generational curses and the world itself. So miracles are manifested by the
LORD through the massive and mighty move of The Holy Spirit.
NOTE:
(a) We are
currently living in the period of The End-times and the LORD is pouring His
Holy spirit as He promised in the book of Joel 2:28-29“And afterward, I
will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old
men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even
on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in
those days.”
So the LORD is using very many
avenues to conduct this true and real End-time revival e.g. via facebook; you-tube;
websites; open air crusades & revival meetings; Holy Spirit filled
churches; home fellowships and other forms of ministries etc.
(b) Now that we
have a true and a real end-time revival then we also have a false
revival whose hallmark is the preaching of prosperity gospel to build kingdom
of men instead of building the Kingdom of God. They even have fake
miracles in these false revivals. In these fake revivals instead of consulting
The LORD God almighty, they engage in witchcraft.
So discernment is very very
essential at this point in time as discussed above so that the truth is known
because as Timothy stated in the book of 2nd Timothy 4:3-5 “For
the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to
suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers
to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears
away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your
head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist,
discharge all the duties of your ministry.”

Precious Jesus,
I acknowledge today that you
are lord and savior of all mankind,

shortfall,

Please cover me with your
precious blood,
and establish your word in my
life,
that I may be found in
righteousness and holiness
and write my name in your book
of life
and baptize me with the power
of the Holy Spirit
in the mighty name of Jesus
Christ.
