THE REALITY CHECK FOR THE CHURCH OF CHRIST

A moment has come when finally the real picture, the truth is now going to dawn on every person on the earth. The reality check as you and me may be aware refers to the truth that is laid bare for everyone to see i.e. a moment when it is declared: “Wait a Minute!!!”, so that people to interrogate whether this “thing” they are doing or involved in or partakers of is the truth or a lie.

The church of Christ refers to the body of Christ which consists of sons and daughters of The LORD that partake of fellowship, Bible reading, praise & worship and even prayer. Etc. Each individual person in their personal and individual capacity makes up the body of Christ (The Church of Christ). It is thus an individual embodiment that is at the centre of the Church of Christ. Each individual is accountable to The LORD God Almighty (JEHOVAH, YAHWEH, The Great I AM) in their individual capacity to The LORD. This is very powerfully captured in the book of 2nd Corinthians 5: 9-10 which states as follows: ‘“Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.”’

The judgment of The LORD begins right in the house of God (The Church of Christ). This means that The LORD divides the church into two categories when his judgment begins. The first category of the church is the Faithful ones walking Right before The LORD. They are the ones who are worshipping The LORD in Spirit and in Truth and are serving The LORD in Faithfulness, Purity and Humility. The second category within the church of Christ is the lukewarm ones walking 50-50 before The LORD; They partake both of the presence of The LORD and also the presence of what the world out there is offering, one of their legs is in the church while the other leg is in the world (the worldly lifestyle of sins, evil and wickedness). This then introduces a third category when the judgment of The LORD comes to the earth, this third category are those who are not within the church of Christ but are out there in the world. Both their legs are in the world (and they include those in false religions like Hinduism, Islam, Scientology, Buddhism etc, they also include the atheists and all those who don’t want anything to do with The LORD Jesus Christ). This is very powerfully captured in the book of 1st Peter 4:17-18 which states as follows: ‘“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?”’

The LORD is then wondering that if even in the church He requires Repentance for the forgiveness of sins, Righteousness, Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ for one to enter into Heaven, such that those who are in the church and are not adhering to the ways and the requirements of The LORD are left behind, what about those who are in the world and don’t even want to hear, read or listen to the word of God and the salvation that comes through the Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ ?

The LORD is thus essentially saying that when the time of His judgments begins, there are 3 categories of people, two of whom are within the church while the third one is in the world. The First Category is known as The Hot and the Holy Church (The Righteous and Truthful church), The second category is known as The Lukewarm Church, The Third Category is known as The Worldly Cold People. It is also very important to note that the lukewarm church also goes to church fellowship, they carry and read the Bible, they sing praises & worship, they do also pray and when you meet them they do also say: “Praise The LORD”. So it is very paradoxical that the lukewarm church misses out when The LORD Jesus Christ comes to Rapture His bride i.e. take to Heaven the Holy Church, this is because the lukewarm church has got a controversy with The LORD, meaning that in the eyes of The LORD they are hypocrites. The LORD thus passes a judgment on the Lukewarm church as they are left behind to face the Great Tribulation period on the earth. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Revelation 3: 1-16 which states as follows: ‘“And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write, ‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.”’

The Lukewarm church have set their focus upside down, there focus is on prosperity on the earth at the expense of storing up their treasure in Heaven. They have become so earthly and money focused that they have actually missed the mark of a true believer in The LORD Jesus Christ; which is preparing the way for Eternal Life in The Kingdom of The LORD God Almighty in Heaven. For them, it is all about: “seeking yee the kingdom of the earth and conquering it as you become motivated and successful in your indulges on the earth to enhance your happy stay on the earth because Heaven is here on the earth and God is a God of grace and love.” This lukewarm church does not want the “hustle” of preparing the way for the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ to Rapture His bride into Heaven. The lukewarm church thus does not want to adhere to the “tools” required for preparing the way for the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ, which are: Embracing Repentance for the forgiveness of sins, walking in Righteousness (Right before The LORD by following His ways and Requirements), Holiness (Set apart for the glory and honour of The LORD), Truth (The Pure word and message of The LORD in The Holy Bible) and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ.

Even though The LORD rebukes the lukewarm church to change her ways and to turn back to the narrow road, The LORD still loves her and gives her concrete guidelines on the Spiritual wisdom and Spiritual gifts that she needs to seek and partake of, so that she returns back to The LORD. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Revelation 2: 4-5 which states as follows: ‘“Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.”’  The same is also very powerfully captured and elucidated in the book of Revelation 3: 17-22 which states as follows: ‘“Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’

So The LORD is thus essentially saying to the lukewarm church that they need to store up treasure in Heaven because they have absolutely nothing in Heaven, because they have put their heart and focus on the things of the world and the related materialism that it presents. Because of this materialism that they have acquired, they consider themselves rich, not knowing that the Real wealth are the treasures kept in Heaven for those who are Spiritually sound before The LORD as they worship and serve The LORD in Purity, Faithfulness and Humility. This is also very powerfully captured in the book of Mathew 6: 19-21 which states as follows: ‘“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”’

The LORD is thus urging the lukewarm church to submit and surrender herself to The LORD for purification, cleansing, refining and sanctification through The Holy Fire, The Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ and the anointing of The Holy Spirit so that they see with the eyes of The LORD Jesus Christ, the eyes of The Holy Spirit. The LORD is urging the Lukewarm church to put on the garment of Righteousness (The garment of The Holy Spirit) so that on the day of The Rapture she is not exposed publicly to have missed the rapture for having been a hypocrite church. She is exposed publicly after the Rapture because the Cold worldly people will wonder: “So if the church people have been taken to Heaven what happened to you, I thought the church people have disappeared from the earth into Heaven”. Remember, this third category of people when the judgment of The LORD begins (The Cold worldly people) assume that the church is one, they don’t have the spiritual wisdom to know the difference between the Holy Church and The Lukewarm church. In fact for them when an abomination occurs in the church, they call the church in a wholesome manner and condemn the church wholesomely. This exposure to shame due to nakedness after the moment of the Rapture of the bride of Christ is also very beautifully captured in the book of Revelation 16: 15 which states as follows:  ‘“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”’

It therefore means that there is an upcoming weighing scale to weigh balances to determine the “Spiritual-meter” of the inhabitants of the earth. This weighing scale of The LORD God Almighty, The LORD Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit categorizes each mankind into 3 categories: The Hot Ones for The LORD, The Lukewarm and The Cold Ones. The Hot ones pass the test of the weighing scales when they are put in the balances of Repentance, Righteousness, Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ. The Cold ones are completely found wanting, while the lukewarm are neither here nor there. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Daniel 5: 25-27 which states as follows: ‘“And this is the inscription that was written: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it; TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting.”’

May you and me be amongst the Hot ones for The LORD (The Holy Church of Christ), so that when the judgment of The LORD begins in the house of The LORD, we are found on the Victorious and the Right side of The Weighing scale and Balances of The LORD so that we may enter into Heaven for Eternal Life.

PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE COMING OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IN ABSOLUTE REPENTANCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HOLINESS, TRUTH AND COMPLETE SURRENDER TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH). TIME IS ABSOLUTELY OVER; THE MESSIAH JESUS CHRIST IS IMMINENTLY COMING TO PICK HIS BRIDE!!!   

REPENTANCE PRAYER: 

Precious Jesus, 

I acknowledge today that you are LORD and savior of all mankind, 

and today I have recognized my shortfall,

I repent and turn away from all sin. 

Please cover me with your precious blood, 

and establish your word in my life,

that I may be found in righteousness and holiness 

and write my name in your book of life 

and baptize me with the power of the Holy Spirit 

in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
