ACCURATE FULFILLMENT OF THE PROPHECY OF AN ECONOMIC DEAL BETWEEN THE NATION OF KENYA AND THE NATION OF UGANDA; A DEAL THAT LEADS TO AN OUTCRY IN KENYA OVER A POSSIBLE CONSEQUENT CORRUPTION AND ECONOMIC & FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT

The prophecy that The LORD God Almighty, The LORD Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit revealed to me on 1st May 2014 about events coming to the East African region, specifically between the nation of Kenya and the nation of Uganda have been fulfilled in Mid August 2015 (One year and three months later). The prophesy was about an economic deal (an economic integration of sort) between the nation of Kenya and the nation of Uganda, and then followed by an uproar (an outcry/petition) over fears of possible economic and financial mismanagement and corruption from the economic deal (integration). The prophesy stated specifically back then on 1st May 2014 that Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Uganda President Yoweri Museveni will be brought into the picture when this economic deal is made and the subsequent petition /uproar over it.

So while posting and sharing the prophesy of The LORD across back then on 1st May 2014, I stated as follows: ‘“In the morning of 1st May 2014, I had a vision at night (supernatural dream) of The LORD God Almighty, The LORD Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit. And in this dream, I was shown that an economic integration is soon coming to East African nations. An economic integration beyond the current loose organization of East African Community. And then I saw a group of Kenyans petitioning (urging) the Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta to talk to his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni so that the management (handling/running) of the treasury in this economic integration be managed (handled) in the highest office in the land (By the President’s office for their close and personal supervision and management).”’

I also stated as follows while posting and sharing the prophesy of The LORD across back then on 1st May 2014: ‘“The second message that was imparted in my heart is that there will be a call (a lobby/ a petition) for this economic integration’s treasury to be managed/run/handled in the highest office in the land (Through the Presidents’ close and personal supervision and management). And this may be due to fears of corruption and mismanagement of the same if delegated.”’

So come mid August 2015 the nation of Kenya and the nation of Uganda signed an economic deal (an economic integration of sort) that permits export to Kenya of sugar from Uganda, while Kenya will be exporting beef and milk to Uganda. In addition to this very significant trade (economic) deal aimed at economic integration between the two East African nations, they also agreed on a pipeline deal to transport petroleum products from Uganda to Kenya and vice verse, especially taking into account the discovery of commercially viable Oil in Uganda. In this Oil deal, the nation of Kenya is to manage the pipeline within its borders, while Uganda is to manage the pipeline within its border in terms of security and other logistical issues. Actually the Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Uganda President witnessed this economic deal (economic integration of sort being signed).

Immediately this economic deal was signed, there was uproar (petition/criticism) in the nation of Kenya regarding this deal, just as the prophesy of The LORD had stated back then on 1st May 2014 (One year and three months earlier). So there are fears amongst a section of the Kenyan people that unscrupulous businessmen will mismanage the deal by engaging in corrupt means to unethically benefit from the economic deal (the economic integration) between the nation of Kenya and the nation of Uganda, especially on the Sugar deal and the milk deal.

SHALOM!!!

THE NEWS HIGHLIGHT FROM THE NEWS CHANNELS REGARDING THE ECONOMIC DEAL BETWEEN THE NATION OF KENYA AND THE NATION OF UGANDA, AND THE SUBSEQUENT PETITION BY A SECTION OF KENYANS:

(a)- “Kenya and Uganda have struck a deal allowing cheaper Ugandan sugar into the Kenyan market, ending the long-running feud over the trading of the commodity across their common border.”

(b)- “The deal President Uhuru Kenyatta signed with his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni in Kampala also clears the way for Kenyan traders to export beef to Uganda under similar terms, deepening the commercial ties between Kampala and East Africa’s largest economy.”

(c )- “Uganda has continually faulted Kenya’s 2012 decision to block sugar imports from the neighbouring country in violation of the East African Community (EAC) common market protocol, which provides for free movement of goods without restrictions.”

(d)- ‘“Kenyans have reacted to trade deals with Uganda with shock and skepticism. A number of deals were reached during a three-day state visit to the neighboring country by Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta.”’

( e)- ‘“Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga was quick to criticize the new deal, saying it could bring about the collapse of local millers. "This deal on sugar is sour," Kenya's Daily Nation quoted Odinga as saying. "It comes at a time when Kenya's leading sugar manufacture Mumias Sugar is struggling to get back on its feet. Sugar cane farmers across the country are equally struggling as a result of lack of payments."’

(f)- “Odinga also questioned a beef and dairy products pact, saying that Kenya could not produce enough for local consumption let alone for export. He called on President Kenyatta to release details of the deals so that members of the public could make up their own minds.”

(g)- ‘“Speaking to DW, opposition member of parliament Fatima Ibrahim Ali described the agreement with Uganda as "very unfortunate." She said Kenya (which is East Africa's largest economy) was able to fulfill its sugar requirements through domestic production "and even has a surplus to export to Uganda." Margaret Kerubo, a sugar cane producer from western Kenya asked: "Why should we get sugar from Uganda when we are farming sugar here in Kenya? It is not fair."’

(h)- ‘“But, "from an economic point of view it does not make sense to have this agreement," independent economic analyst Janet Okatch told DW's Nairobi correspondent. "This agreement harms farmers in a big way – when you have cheap sugar imports, of course our own sugar will be too expensive for the market."’

(i)- ‘“There have also been mixed reactions to the news that the two leaders had reached agreement on the route for a pipeline intended to take crude oil from both countries to the Kenyan coast. A statement said Kenyatta and Museveni had decided in favor of the northern route from Hoima, near Uganda's border with DRC, via Lokichar in western Kenya to the Kenyan port of Lamu which is under construction. Lamu is not far from the border with Somalia and security experts had expressed concerns for the safety of a pipeline there, prompted by attacks by al-Shabab militants in the region. However, Bashir Hangir, communications officer for the Directorate of Petroleum in Uganda said the two countries had examined feasibility studies and had come to the conclusion that the northern route was the least costly and most viable. "The deal unlocks the potential of Uganda's oil and gas export options," Hangir told DW, adding that further financial and security aspects had yet to be discussed. The pipeline currently has a price tag of 400 billion Kenyan shillings.”’

(j)- ‘“The new sugar deal between Kenya and Uganda has raised a political storm with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) terming the deal hurtful to the country’s already pauperized sugar industry. The opposition has criticized the deal, signed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni over the weekend, as harmful to Kenya’s economic interests.”’

(k)-  ‘“The so called Ugandan sugar will be nothing other than cheap sugar from Brazil and Egypt, which will be packaged not by Ugandan businessmen, but by Kenyan businessmen who have a special cartel in this country,” alleged Khalwale.”’

(l)- ‘“The Central Organization for Trade Unions (COTU) on Sunday called for the cancellation of a sugar trade pact signed by President Uhuru Kenyatta with his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni. In a statement, Kenya Union of Sugar Plantation Workers General Secretary Francis Wangara noted that if the President fails to withdraw the agreement, they will be forced to take unspecified action until he acts.”’

(m)- ‘“The union cautioned that the deal which was made by President Kenyatta during his recent visit in Uganda would adversely affect sugar farmers and those who are employed in the sector in Kenya. “As workers, we now advise the President that this deal will not only hurt the economy but will also facilitate the death of our local sugar industries as it happened to our once viable textile and leather Industries which collapsed due to importing of cheap second hand clothes and shoes,” Wangara said.”’

(n)- ‘“The two Heads of State noted that oil in Uganda was discovered 9 years ago and therefore development of a crude oil export pipeline “needed to be implemented expeditiously to avoid any further delay in commercializing the petroleum resources.” On the refined products pipeline from Mombasa via Eldoret to Kampala, the Heads of State agreed to develop a “reverse flow petroleum product pipeline capable of transporting imported petroleum products to Uganda and also from the refinery in Uganda to Kenya.”’

(o) ‘“President Museveni expressed his government’s desire to develop the least cost route to transport her oil to the East African coast. In this regard, the two Heads of State agreed on the use of the Northern Route i.e. Hoima-Lokichar-Lamu for the development of crude oil pipeline. This was subject to the Government of Kenya guaranteeing security on the Kenya side of the pipeline; financing of the Project; transit fees/tariffs in any case not higher than would be payable on an alternative route and implementation of the Project without further delay.”’

(p)- ‘“Museveni and Kenyatta welcomed the establishment of the Uganda-Kenya Joint Ministerial Commission as an important framework for deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation to a higher and more comprehensive level. At the instruction of the two Heads of State, the delegations met at Ministerial level and decided to concretize agreed areas within the framework of the Joint Ministerial Commission.”’

(q)- ‘“The two leaders agreed that regional integration is “key to shared prosperity, expressed their deep commitment to integration of the East African Community and reaffirmed their support towards realization of the East African Political Federation.”’

(r)- ‘“Meanwhile, during his visit, President Uhuru Kenyatta toured CIPLA Quality Chemical Industries, a Pharmaceutical plant located in Kampala manufacturing Anti-Retrovirals (ARVs) and Anti-Malarial drugs. He applauded the state of the art facility being run by Ugandan professionals and reiterated the desire to support important industries such as CIPLA which are located in the region and to be treated as domestic industries for purposes of procurement. President Kenyatta addressed a Business Forum which was attended by the private sector from the two countries, encouraging the use of Forums to strengthen economic cooperation through establishing networks and partnerships to stimulate innovation and competitiveness in businesses. President Kenyatta also witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UNCCI) and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) to promote common interests.”’

(s)- ‘“On the third day of his visit His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta made a historic address to the Parliament of Uganda where he stressed the need to deepen East African integration and urged East Africans to work together for shared prosperity.”’

(t)- ‘“We are going to have a joint board between Kenya and Uganda to ensure cartels do not take advantage of the deal to repackage cheap sugar from outside Uganda and smuggle it into the country at the expense of farmers,” the Kenyan Deputy President said.”’
