I submit for your consideration that the democratic party will "tell" Joe Biden to pick Michelle Obama as his running mate. He will then step aside for reasons of failing mental health/onset of dementia, leaving her as the presidential candidate or as the president if this occurs after the election (assuming he wins). Barak Obama will then become the "power behind the throne"
