The above is a very
fundamental question that is very relevant not only to Kenya but to all the
people and the nations of the entire earth, why? Because The Judgments of The
LORD God Almighty are going to visit the nations of the earth at this point in time. This is
because these are the days that Daniel, the servant of The LORD describes as
follows in the book of Daniel 12:1 “There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the
beginning of nations until then”. And then The LORD goes ahead to
reveal to Daniel that, at that very very time of distress across the nations: “But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found
written in the book—will be delivered.”
THE QUESTION THAT SOMEONE
WROTE TO ME AND ASKED?
"Hi Kevin,
God bless you for your revealing this to us. I have a question, more of a desperate plea. If you read Genesis 18:16-33 God was ready to spare Sodom& Gomorrah if he found a few righteous. Honestly I ask the same question as Abraham did............Secondly will Kenya emerge victorious to the Al-Shabaab after them attacking Westgate?"
RESPONSE:
Amen,
Yes, The LORD will actually
not totally destroy a place if He finds a few righteous people. And that is why
the judgments of The LORD at this point in time have not led to total
destruction but has served as a wake
up call to the people and to the nations. The judgments are actually to serve
as a wake up call so that people can stop wallowing in their wickedness and sin
and return to The LORD (him who struck them), and to seek The
LORD God Almighty. Remember that The LORD
strikes a land when He removes His hand of protection against a people and a nation
that enjoys and loves wallowing in wickedness and sin. And when He removes His hand of protection, then the dark forces and
evil machinery whose patron is the devil (Lucifer) finds a way to rush into
such a nation and a people.
But a time is coming and
indeed has now come when The LORD God Almighty is lifting away His hand of
protection over the nations; and then the judgments of The LORD hits the land, and so the safest place to be, is at the
feet of The LORD Jesus Christ, because even if someone dies during sudden
destruction and they were at the feet of The LORD Jesus Christ in Repentance, Righteousness,
Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ, they will be
ushered into Heaven. But The LORD can also decide to spare the life of
some people who are at His feet and will protect them even in the midst of
calamities just as stated in the book of Psalm 91.
But a time is coming and
indeed has now come when to be safe, the benchmark is Repentance, Righteousness,
Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ and this is
well stated in the book of Ezekiel
14:12-14 which states “The word of the Lord came to me: “Son
of man, if a country sins against me by being unfaithful and I stretch out my
hand against it to cut off its food supply and send famine upon it and kill its
people and their animals, even
if these three men—Noah, Daniel and Job—were in it, they could save only
themselves by their righteousness, declares the Sovereign Lord.”
And
so at the time of a judgment of The LORD on a land through disaster, calamity
etc, it is not a time to proclaim with pride and arrogance how: “we will rebuild with stronger materials!!!”,
“We will pursue the terrorists and inflict
pain on them!!!”, “We will
pursue the perpetrators and bring them to book!!!”, “We will remain united as never before!!!”.
No No
No, this is a time to return to The LORD God Almighty (Him who struck them),
and to seek The LORD God Almighty in Repentance. This is the time for each and every person including the leadership to be on their knees Repenting of their sins and wickedness and asking God for
mercy. And only then will The LORD restore a land. Without this, then
even worse judgments in the form of many more calamities and disasters visit
the land again and again. And all these are well stated in the book of Isaiah 9:8-21
which states as follows:
‘“The Lord has sent a message against Jacob; it will fall on
Israel. All the people
will know it—Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria—who say with pride and arrogance of heart, “The
bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with dressed stone; the fig
trees have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars.” But
the Lord has strengthened Rezin’s foes against
them and has spurred their enemies on. Arameans
from the east and Philistines from the west have devoured
Israel with open mouth. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still
upraised. But the people have not returned to him who
struck them, nor have they sought the Lord Almighty. So
the Lord will cut off from Israel both head and tail, both palm branch
and reed in a single day; the
elders and dignitaries are the head, the prophets who
teach lies are the tail. Those who guide this people mislead
them, and those who are guided are led astray. Therefore
the Lord will take no pleasure in the young men, nor
will he pity the fatherless and widows, for everyone is ungodly and wicked, every mouth
speaks folly. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still
upraised. Surely wickedness burns like a fire; it consumes briers and
thorns, it sets the forest thickets ablaze, so that it rolls upward in
a column of smoke. By the wrath of the Lord Almighty the land will be scorched and the people will be fuel for the
fire; they will not spare one another. On
the right they will devour, but still be hungry; on the left they will eat, but not be
satisfied. Each will feed on the flesh of their own offspring: Manasseh will
feed on Ephraim, and Ephraim on Manasseh; together
they will turn against Judah. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away,
his hand is still upraised.”’
And so the response to the
last part of your question which you have asked as follows “Will Kenya emerge victorious to the Al-Shabab after them attacking Westgate?”
The response is as above. And so
Kenya (and indeed all the people and nations of the earth) has to repent at
each individual level and even leadership level and each person must humble
himself/herself and return to The LORD and Seek the LORD in Repentance. When
some people Repent while others refuse to Repent and continue to still wallow
in their wickedness and sin, then the Judgments will still re-visit the land.
But each individual should do their part to ensure that they have returned to
The LORD and Sought the LORD in Repentance, because at the end of the day each
individual will face The LORD alone when the decision of eternity is being
determined i.e. Heaven or Hell.
And it is also very very important
to note that the wars and tensions going on around the world at this point in
time are spiritual wars, as much as
they appear to be physical. And so a spiritual war can only be won by The
Mighty Name and Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ. This is a battle for souls: a
battle for Heaven and Hell. And so if one chooses to fight on the side of The Mighty
Name and Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ through Repentance, Righteousness, Holiness,
Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ, then they are candidates
for Heaven; But if one decides to fight on the other side or to appear neutral (Lukewarm),
then they are candidates for Hell unless they Repent of their sin and wickedness before it is too late.
SHALOM!!!
SHALOM!!!
PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE COMING OF
THE LORD IN ABSOLUTE REPENTANCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HOLINESS, TRUTH AND COMPLETE
SURRENDER TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH). TIME IS ABSOLUTELY
OVER; THE MESSIAH JESUS CHRIST IS IMMINENTLY COMING TO PICK HIS BRIDE!!!
REPENTANCE
PRAYER
Precious Jesus,
I acknowledge today that you are
LORD and savior of all mankind,
and today I have recognized my
shortfall,
I repent and turn away from all
sin.
Please cover me with your precious
blood,
and establish your word in my
life,
that I may be found in righteousness
and holiness
and write my name in your book of
life
and baptize me with the power of the
Holy Spirit
in the mighty name of Jesus
Christ.
Amen.
Shalom!!! Shalom!!! Shalom!!!
