It is very important to note
that the life history of Moses, The Man of God, The Prophet of God was to a
very big extent synonymous (identical) with the life of The LORD Jesus
Christ:
1-When
Both of Them Were Born, There Was a Decree By The Establishment (The
Authorities, The Ruler-Ship) To Kill All The Young Male Children.
Pharaoh gave the decree during
Moses’ (Moshe’s) time, while Herod gave the decree during the time of The LORD
Jesus Christ. This is captured in the book of Exodus 1: 22 which
states as follows: ‘“So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying,
“Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter
you shall save alive.”’ The same is also captured in the book
of Mathew 2:16 which states as follows: ‘“Then
Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry;
and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem
and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time
which he had determined from the wise men.”’
2-Both
of Them Grew Up in Their Countries of Birth, But Had to Leave for Some Time And
Then Had To Come Back To Deliver The People Of God:
Moses went off (Fled) to Midian and
had to later come back to Egypt to deliver the people of God (Israelites). The LORD
Jesus Christ also grew up with the people of God, and had to later on ascend to
Heaven, from where He will then later on (very imminently) come from (descend
from) to deliver (Rapture) the People of God (The Bride of Christ).
This is very well captured in
the book of Acts 7: 30-34 which states as
follows: ‘“And when forty years had passed, an Angel of the
Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire in a bush, in the wilderness of
Mount Sinai. When Moses saw it, he marveled at
the sight; and as he drew near to observe, the voice of the Lord came to
him, saying, ‘I am the God of your fathers—the God of
Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ And Moses trembled and
dared not look. ‘Then the Lord said to him, “Take your sandals off
your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground. I have surely
seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning
and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.”’
The same is also captured in
the book of Revelation 16: 15 which states as
follows: “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he
who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his
shame.”
3-Both
of Them Were Blatantly Rejected by Their Own People, Who Did Not Consider Them
to Be Deliverers.
This is captured in the book
of Acts 7:26-27 which states as follows: ‘“And
the next day he appeared to two of them as they were fighting,
and tried to reconcile them, saying, ‘Men, you are brethren; why do
you wrong one another?’ But he who did his
neighbor wrong pushed him away, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge
over us?”’
The same is captured in the
book of John 1:11 which states as follows: “He
came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.” Also
in the book of Isaiah 53:3 which states as
follows: ‘“He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and
acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He
was despised, and we did not esteem Him.”’
4-Both of Them Received Instructions from Abba Father (YAHWEH, JEHOVAH, I AM WHO I AM) To Go and Deliver His People from Captivity.
Moses received the
instructions when he was tending the Flock (Sheep) of Jethro at Midian, and The LORD instructed him
and sent him to go and bring His people (The Israelites) from captivity (Egypt)
so that they could go and worship Him. The LORD Jesus Christ will receive
instructions from Abba Father to now go and bring forth (Rapture) The Bride of
Christ, by delivering them from captivity (the Earth).
This is very powerfully
captured in the book of Exodus 3: 7-10 which states as
follows: ‘“And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the
oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry
because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. So I have come
down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up
from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey,
to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites
and the Hivites and the Jebusites. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the
children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with
which the Egyptians oppress them. Come now, therefore,
and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of
Israel, out of Egypt.”’
The same is very well captured in the book of Mathew 24: 36-37 which states as follows: ‘“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”’
5-Both of Them Were to Deliver the People of God to The Promised Land.
Moses was to deliver the
people of God to the Promised land of Canaan; a land flowing with milk and
honey, a land that drunk Rain directly from Heaven (The LORD). The LORD Jesus
Christ will deliver (Rapture) the Bride of Christ to the Promised Land of Heaven;
a place of no sorrows, no tears, a place of peace, joy and eternal bliss and
satisfaction in the Mighty presence of The LORD.
This is captured in the book
of Revelation 21: 2-4 which states as follows: ‘“Then
I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from
God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice
from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and
He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with
them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from
their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall
be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”’
6-Both
of Them Were to Deliver the People of God, So That They Could (Can) Go and Worship Him.
Moses was to deliver the
Israelites into the wilderness and into Canaan, so that they may go and Worship
The LORD. The LORD Jesus Christ will deliver (Rapture) the people of God into
Heaven so that they can now go and worship Him in Heaven, even as they attend
the Wedding (Marriage) Supper of The Lamb.
This is very well captured in
the book of Exodus 8:1 which states as follows: ‘“Then
the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what
the Lord says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me.”’
The same is likewise very
Powerfully captured in the book of Revelation 19: 6-10 which
states as follows: ‘“And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great
multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings,
saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us
be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come,
and His wife has made herself ready.” And to her it was granted to be
arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous
acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write:
‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the
Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.” And I
fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you
do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren
who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the
spirit of prophecy.”’
In summary, it is very
important to note that Moses (Moshe) was a precursor of The Messiah Jesus
Christ (Yeshua Ha Mashiach). Moses was thus to prepare the people of Israel for
The Ultimate Messiah, The Ultimate Deliverer, who is The LORD Jesus Christ
(Yeshua Ha Mashiach, in Hebrew). The LORD revealed this to Moses (Moshe), and
He consequently revealed it to the Israelites (The Jews) and indeed, by
extension everyone in the whole earth. Moses categorically instructed the
Israelites (The Jews) to Hear Him (The Messiah; The LORD Jesus Christ) who was going to come from amongst them
(The Israelites/Jews), after him (Moses). This is very Powerfully captured in the book
of Acts 7: 37 which states as follows: ‘“This
is that Moses who said to the children of Israel, ‘The Lord your
God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall
hear.”’
That means that The LORD
revealed to Moses and indeed to the Israelites that Him (The Messiah) who was
going to come after him (Moses) is Mightier than him (Moses), because He is
actually The LORD of Moses. That’s why Moses said: “Him you shall
hear”. Meaning that Moses was handing over the Israelites (The Jews) to
The Messiah to come.
In other words, The LORD was
revealing to the Israelites (Jews) and indeed everyone on the earth that: Repentance
to Israel (and to The Whole World) and Forgiveness of Sins of Israel (and of the whole World) Was Only Going to Come Through The LORD Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha Mashiach/Jesus Christ The
Messiah). Though rejected by His own people, but He has become the
Chief Cornerstone (Salvation) of the House of God. This is very powerfully
captured in the book of Acts 5: 29-32 which states as
follows: ‘“But Peter and the other apostles
answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our
fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Him God
has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give
repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. And we are His witnesses to
these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has
given to those who obey Him.”’ The same is also very beautifully
captured in the book of Acts 4: 10-12 which states as follows: ‘“let it be
known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus
Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him
this man stands here before you whole. This is the ‘stone which was
rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor
is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given
among men by which we must be saved.”’
Indeed, salvation to the
Israelites (Jews) and to everyone else on the earth only comes to them when
they recognize and indeed declare (with their mouth and heart), that “Blessed
is He Who Comes in The Name of The LORD.” This is very Powerfully
captured in the book of Mathew 23: 37-39 which states
as follows: ‘“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets
and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your
children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but
you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I
say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He
who comes in the name of the Lord!’”
Is Jerusalem listening? Is
Israel listening? Is everyone everywhere on the earth Listening?
